Determine a community schedule and begin to plan some events

It would be good if you (the new founded team) regularly meet and work together, so that new people know when they can come an look at your working process - or at your partying.

 

In the beginning you should meet one or two days per week. It is not important, that everyone comes, but there should be more than just one person working.

Assign Responsibilities

  • for public relations/marketing/acquise

  • for work- and socialevents

  • editorial policy

Use it for events and for the community. People who are in the facebook group are part of the community.
