Goals
Each Plan needs goals. Defining your goal will be part of the first step in preparation.
Goals should be SMART. That means:
Specific, means uniquely defined
Measurable, means you should be able to say exactly wether the goal was reached or not
Attractive, means a bit challenging
Realistic, means reachable, not too challenging
Timed, means there should be a Deadline
The art is to devide the main goal into smaller parts.
In this topic, we make this devision, we show you the possible goals, but without strict deadlines. You have to set them on your own.
Milestoneplan
You have your main goal. But you have to cut it into subgoals. They are called milestones. Kick-off is such a milestone. You should collect all the milestones in a plan. They should also be SMART goals
It should look like this:
Don´t know how to fill it? We help you with that in the next courses.
