Erläuterungen

The forms of the present indicative active are formed with the present stem of the verb in question.

To do this, the ending for the respective form is appended directly to the stem of the present tense. There is no special tense or mode sign inserted between the stem and the ending in the present indicative.

The active endings -o, -s, -t, -mus, -tis, -nt are used as the final part of the verbs.

Deviations and particularities:

In the 1st person singular, the "a" from the end of the present stem and the active ending "o" are contracted to just "o":

Instead of "laudao" its called "laudo".
