2 In this course
If you build a city community, a subject community or a language community, in each case you need knowledge about how to organize and lead a team. In this course we will give you advise to that.
3 Build Structures
Determine a community schedule and begin to plan some events
It would be good if you (the new founded team) regularly meet and work together, so that new people know when they can come an look at your working process - or at your partying.
In the beginning you should meet one or two days per week. It is not important, that everyone comes, but there should be more than just one person working.
