Every plan needs a goal. Defining your goal will be part of the first step in preparation.
Goals should be SMART:
Specific, meaning the goal should be clearly defined
Measurable, meaning you should be able to say whether the goal was reached or not
Ambitious, meaning the goal should be some kind of a challenge
Realistic, meaning the goal should be reachable
Timed, meaning there should be a deadline
A division into subgoals makes your goals more reachable. We show you possible subgoals, but without strict deadlines. You have to set them yourself.
When your main goal is specified, you have to cut it into subgoals. They are called milestones. The Kick-off is an example of a milestone. Your plan consists of these milestones.
